The Valuecent Foundation, is a CSR initiative of the Valuecent Group. Our existence is routed to our belief that “Success is only meaningful when shared”.

Our mission is deeply rooted in the belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to achieve their fullest potential and our efforts are dedicated towards our core values of Gender Equality and Societal Equality.

A Year of Compassion and Impact

In 2023, we dedicated ourselves to creating a positive impact through a range of initiatives:

  • Education Support: Partnered with Pehla Kadam NGO to support the children of house help in Gurugram, contributed to Har Shri Nath Vidya Niketan School in Himachal Pradesh by establishing a library, enhancing infrastructure, and donating digital learning tools.
  • Empowering Differently Abled Children: Supported Aastha Welfare Society to enhance access to education and opportunities for differently abled children.
  • Healthcare Contributions: Donated to Sai Kiran Social Welfare Society for the treatment and care of heart patients in need.
  • Animal Welfare: Supported APE Life Society for Stray Dogs Shelter, aiding in the rescue and care of stray dogs.
  • Disaster Relief: Provided food to 500 flood victims in Mathura, bringing hope during a challenging time.
  • These initiatives reflect our commitment to fostering education, health, inclusion, and compassion in the communities we serve.

A Year of Empowerment and Celebration

In 2024, we continued our mission to make a meaningful impact through diverse initiatives:

  • Celebrating Inclusion: Organized a Holi celebration and food distribution at Captain Chandan Lal Special Middle School for the Blind, fostering joy and inclusivity.
  • Charity through Action: Hosted the inaugural Walk the Walk event, supporting the Har Shri Nath Ashram Committee in Himachal Pradesh through an innovative kilometers-to-donation initiative.
  • Promoting Safe Workplaces: Conducted seminars and training sessions on the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) Policy, advocating for respectful and secure workplaces
  • Inspiring Leadership: Launched the Vikas Path Mentorship Program by Dr. (CA) Vikas Chaturvedi, empowering individuals with transformative guidance and insights.

These initiatives underscore our commitment to celebration, empowerment, and positive change.

A Year of Growth and Giving

In 2025, we continued our journey of making a difference through impactful initiatives:

  • Charity through Action: Held the second edition of the Walk the Walk event, raising funds to support Har Shri Nath Vidya Niketan (HVN) School in Jamta, Himachal Pradesh.
  • Mentorship for Impact: Conducted the first mentorship program under the Vikas Path Mentorship Program (VPMP), where 40 students received transformative guidance to excel in their personal and professional journeys.
  • Health for All: Collaborated with Dr. Anupam Chaturvedi (JD Child Care, Pinjore) to organize a free health check-up camp for children in Jamta. Over 200 children benefited from consultations addressing anemia, underweight challenges, and dental health concerns.

These initiatives are just the beginning—many more impactful endeavors are on the horizon as we strive to create a brighter, healthier, and more empowered future.

Walk the Walk Event: Edition 2

Building on the success of our first event, the second edition of Walk the Walk is scheduled for January 13–14, 2025. Together, we aim to create a bigger impact while promoting health, community engagement, and philanthropy.

Monthly Webinars for Youth

Under the Vikas Path Mentorship Program (VPMP), we will host monthly webinars to guide and mentor young minds, helping them unlock their potential and achieve their goals.

New Initiatives in Skill Development

We are expanding our vocational training programs to include cutting-edge skills such as digital marketing, data entry, and customer service to better equip women for emerging job opportunities.

Enhanced Educational Support

We are expanding our efforts to transform education in rural areas by adopting additional schools and equipping them with essential resources such as books, computers, and improved infrastructure to create better learning environments. Furthermore, we are committed to empowering students by offering scholarships to help them achieve their dreams of higher education.

Awareness Drives for Social Issues

We aim to organize more seminars and campaigns focusing on critical issues like gender equality, mental health, and workplace safety under POSH.
